The client
Dairy Management Inc. helps build demand for dairy on behalf of dairy producers and is dedicated to the success of the dairy industry. Their three divisions are: the American Dairy Association, the National Dairy Council, and the U.S. Dairy Export Council. These organizations deal with issues related to research, education, nutrition, and marketing of the industry. .

The idea
Dairy Management Inc. evaluated the REAL Seal site and decided to shift the focus from providing little used consumer information to more productive B2B activities. The site needed to be streamlined, and a new, professional look established.

The step up
A complete overhaul was planned, and the resulting web design redefined the importance of the internet in the REAL Seal certification process for dairy manufacturers.

New features include: a robust search engine with downloadable results, access to pdf documents, on-line certification, and a special administration screen that eliminates web-maintenance costs.

All of this was packaged in a clean, easy to use interface that keeps destination pages within a maximum of 2 clicks from the homepage.
